I always say that accessories will make or break an outfit and your handbag is an accessory. In my book, a girl can never have too many. For some ladies, one functional bag is all they need. Which are you? Handbags are like accessories you can never have too many in my book.

Designer Bags
I have a couple of friends who buy nothing but designer handbags and that is fine, as it is there preference and we can only spend our money once as my father used to say. Here you will get excellent quality and they will probably last a life time. Take this Mulberry handbag here at £995.00
Fashion Handbags
I have some leather handbags but mostly fashion bags. What I find is, if you go for leather, they are heavy before you put anything in them. I made this mistake once whilst working in the City and I bought a leather briefcase and once I put a few papers in it I could hardly lift it. So, bear that in mind if you are buying a leather bag. We need different types of bags for different occasions.
I have a couple of large shopper type handbags which I use when I am working to carry all the other things you need, like your diary, notebook and tablet. When I am going out socially, of course I take a much smaller handbag.
Messenger Bags
These are fantastic and hands FREE!! What more could you ask for. They are great if you are shopping, great if you have children and great if you don’t have too much to carry around with you. We all carry our own cloth bag with us these days to avoid having to pay for a plastic bag when buying anything and that goes in as well.
Coloured Handbags
With my passion for colour I do have several bags in different colours to compliment several outfits. Therefore, I buy fashion bags as it allows me to indulge. I have red, orange, navy brown and mustard bags and I use them all. I like to add style to my outfits and a bag no longer needs to match your shoes. It’s a way of accessorising your outfit and making it individual to you.

Just bear in mind if you are a petite lady, do not choose a very large bag as it will swamp your frame. If you are a larger lady don’t choose one to small, as this will also look unbalanced.
