Animal print always seems to be on trend but its knowing how to wear it. Firstly there are several versions to think about and it comes in a variety of colours. I have seem pictures of people head to toe in anmial print but I do feel that this is a bit much but you can embrace the trend in small pieces. In this blog I am going to show aninal print and how to wear it. This jacket here comes from Top Shop at £89 but worn like this I think it looks great. Team it up with a black dress or black jeans, it also looks great with denim so it can be very versitile.
Animal Print and how to wear it.
I have seen lots of tops and blouses on the high street, which look lovely with a pair of jeans or a black leather skirt so you are embracing the trend but not too much. There are trousers, skinny and wide, leggings and all types of skirts and dresses as well. If that is still too much for you how about investing in a nice pair of shoes like these or perhaps a chelsea boot in the fabric great for adding interest to any outfit and as you can see from this pictue the animal print also comes in black and white if you prefer. A handbag in the print is another option, or perhaps a scarf, or umbrella. I have even seen bracelets and jewellery joining in on the trend so you can wear as much or as little as you like.
Am I too old to wear Animal Print?
And my answer to that is know you are not, there was a lady on the TV this morning in her 80’s wearing a jumper from Wallis in the animal print but with it she had it teamed up with a white blouse underneath and a cream sleevless coat over the top. You are never to old to enjoy fashion it is just knowing how to put things together. I think when people think animal print we all get an image of Bet Lynch from Coronation Street and its not all like that. Its how you wear it that counts and if you just want to dip your toe you can use the accessories perhaps a scarf in the neck of a blouse rather than head to toe animal print and you can add as much or little as you like before you invest in a coat, the choice is yours.
So I hope that has given you some ideas on animal prints and how to wear whatever you age.
