My name is Sandra Sparrowhawk and I am a Colour & Style Coach and my company is Colourworx. I retrained a few years ago and have not looked back. I am fortunate to say I love my job. I have a passion of colour and helping ladies not only look good but feel good too. One of the things that I do as part of my job, is give talks to ladies groups about Colour and Style. This is a really fun way to share my love of colour. All colours have an energy and can make you feel a certain way and this is so important. You can use colour to not only make you look good, but feel good too. Colour can be used in healing and whilst meditating – colour is so much more than you think. You can use colour to brighten up an outfit, say for example if you are wearing a plain black dress, you can accessorise with a brightly coloured necklace or a scarf. The colour will then bounce up onto your face and bring your features alive. In my talks, I engage with the audience particulay, the talk “Great ways to tie your scarves.” This is a very interactive talk as the ladies join in with me and learn some great ways to make an accessory out of wearing a scarf. I recently attended a local WI group and they very kindly put a write up in the local paper last week with this testimonial.

This is just one of the talks that I do, I also have a “Question of Colour” which is all about wearing colour, what suits you, what does not, how to put outfits together. During this talk, I do a Colour Analysis demonstration to show the results that colour can acheive. Botox can’t do what colour can.

I also hold workshops at my home for Scarf Craft where I show ladies how to tie their scarves in a workshop.
